Cherry Fruit Smoothie

And the best part? It’s braces-friendly and easy to make, so recruit the whole family to help whip up a batch of this refreshing cherry treat!

Here’s what you’ll need:


  • 1-½ cups of unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen pitted dark sweet cherries
  • 1-½ cups raspberry sherbet


  1. In a blender, combine the apple juice, raspberries, and cherries.
  2. Add the raspberry sherbet.
  3. Cover and process until well blended.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses.
  5. Serve immediately.
