Ingredients
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- ½ cup of milk of your choice
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (be generous!)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into your favorite cup.
- Enjoy!
